Corporate Tax Registration in UAE
Registered on EmaraTax. Flat Fee. No AED 10,000 Penalty.
Every UAE business must register for corporate tax under Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 — including free zone companies and businesses earning below the AED 375,000 taxable income threshold. Late registration costs AED 10,000. Sky Sigma reviews your licence for free, confirms a flat fee upfront, and handles your EmaraTax registration end to end until your TRN is issued.

How Your Corporate Tax Registration Gets Done
Three steps from trade licence to Tax Registration Number — with one flat fee agreed before we start.
Free Review & Fixed Quote
Send us your trade licence. We confirm your entity type, registration deadline, and whether free zone or small business relief rules apply — then quote a flat fee upfront.
We Prepare & Submit on EmaraTax
We collect the required documents, complete your application on the EmaraTax portal, and submit it with the correct legal classification and financial year.
TRN Issued & Compliance Calendar
We follow up with the FTA until your corporate tax TRN is issued, then hand you a simple compliance calendar showing exactly when your first return is due.
Flat-Fee Registration — No Surprises.
Your exact fee is confirmed upfront after a free review of your trade licence and structure — and it never changes mid-engagement. One flat fee covers document review, EmaraTax submission, FTA query handling, and TRN follow-up. It costs a fraction of the AED 10,000 late-registration penalty it protects you from.
UAE Corporate Tax Registration — What the Law Actually Requires
Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 introduced a 9% corporate tax on taxable income above AED 375,000, with a 0% rate on income below that threshold. A common and expensive misunderstanding is that businesses below the threshold do not need to register. They do. Registration is mandatory for all businesses operating in the UAE — mainland, free zone, branches, and natural persons with business turnover above AED 1 million — regardless of whether any tax is actually payable.
Free zone companies face an extra layer. A Qualifying Free Zone Person can pay 0% on qualifying income, but the status depends on registration, adequate substance in the zone, audited financial statements, and income that actually meets the qualifying conditions. Getting the entity classification wrong at registration — or assuming 0% applies when it doesn't — creates problems that surface at filing time, when they are far more expensive to fix.
Sky Sigma handles registration as the first step of a compliance plan, not a form-filling exercise. We classify your entity correctly, set the right financial year, assess your free zone or small business relief position at the start, and follow up with the FTA until your TRN is issued. If you have already missed your deadline, we register you immediately and prepare the penalty waiver request alongside.
