Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by SKY SIGMA ACCOUNTING AND BOOKING L.L.C ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services Description
SKY SIGMA ACCOUNTING AND BOOKING L.L.C provides professional accounting and financial services including:
- Bookkeeping and financial record keeping
- VAT registration and compliance services
- Corporate tax preparation and filing
- CFO and financial advisory services
- Business registration and licensing support
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Audit preparation and support
All services are provided in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
Payment Terms
Service Fees
Service fees will be agreed upon in writing before commencement of services. All fees are subject to UAE VAT regulations.
Payment Schedule
- Monthly retainers are due in advance
- Project-based fees are due upon completion
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, check, or cash
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the nature of services provided and work completed.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial information
- Submit required documents in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify us of any changes in business operations
- Comply with UAE tax and regulatory requirements
- Pay fees as agreed upon
- Cooperate with our audit and review processes
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- Our services are provided on an "as is" basis
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
- We are not responsible for penalties or fines due to client non-compliance
- We reserve the right to discontinue services with reasonable notice
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and financial data. We will not disclose confidential information except:
- With your written consent
- When required by law or regulatory authorities
- To protect our legal rights
- In case of court orders or legal proceedings
Termination
By Client
You may terminate our services with 30 days written notice. All outstanding fees and work completed must be paid in full.
By Company
We may terminate services immediately if:
- Payment is overdue by more than 30 days
- Client provides false or misleading information
- Client fails to comply with these Terms
- Client engages in illegal activities
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
